Melanie + Alex | Homestead Engagement
Melanie and Alex met up with us this winter for an engagement session at Alex’s family homestead. They live and work in California, but came back to North Carolina to visit family for the holidays. Their awesome wedding planner, Sarah Shumay of Sweet Sarah Bell connected us and we are just so thankful for her referral. Melanie and Alex are sweet, kind, and full of smiles. We had a great time wandering around the forest and pastures with them on this beautiful winter day. The light was soft and the weather was surprisingly warm for December. We’re just so happy with the moments we were able to capture during our time with them. Can’t wait to see you guys again at the Leslie-Alford Mim’s House this April for the big day! ~Shelley and Josh Hartman
