Nina + Patrick | Wedding at Bay 7 in Durham

Nina and Patrick are a beautiful couple who chose us to photograph their winter wedding this December in Durham. They were wed at the First Presbyterian Church, followed by an elegant reception at Durham’s Bay 7. Bay 7 is an urban chic venue featuring rustic exposed brick, warm woods, and a very cool industrial vibe. Guests ate, drank, and danced the night away. Meanwhile, we managed to sneak off with the newlyweds for some romantic couple’s shots. Bay 7 is located in the American Tobacco Campus, so all we had to do was walk outside for the perfect photo backdrop. Christmas lights were dangled between the buildings and love was in the air. You can feel it when you look at those photos ,can’t you? Later Nina slipped into one of the dresses that she designed and her and Patrick made their getaway with a sparkler send off.
