Rebecca + Christian | Adventurous Autumn Pittsboro Engagement Session

Rebecca and Christian are so much fun! These two are planning a backyard wedding at Christian’s house for next Spring in the North Carolina countryside. Christian lives on a beautiful plot of land in the Pittsboro. In planning their engagement session, it seemed natural to do their pictures at the house. For their session, I wandered all around the property with Rebecca and Christian. We hiked a path through the forest out to a shallow creek, where these two got on the rocks and I got in the water (ok, fell in the water). After catching some lovely romantic photos, we headed back out the path for some pictures among the trees. Christian showed off his tree climbing skills by scaling up to a couple of his hunting chairs. Christian kept us on our toes- but more importantly kept Rebecca laughing. These two were all giggles through the whole session. We finished up their engagement session by getting these two into a canoe to enjoy some alone time. Then, as they had planned, these two purposely capsized their canoe! The weather was brisk and the water was icy cold, but luckily Rebecca was able to jump onto Christian’s back right away to be carried to shore. These two are so much fun! I love it when couple’s are willing to do something a little crazy for their engagement session. Thank you so much for showing me a good time Rebecca and Christian!
